From enquiry to project: the offer, invoice and payment start the work by themselves

In a service business the client journey breaks between the CRM, invoices and tasks. The solution runs it on buttons: enquiry → offer → invoice on acceptance → a paid invoice opens a project with tasks by itself, and income lands in a finance dashboard.

Result at the client

  • 1 click

from a paid invoice to a project with tasks

Estimate for your company

  • ≈5 h

a month moving data between the CRM, invoices and tasks

Assumption: 20 new clients a month × ~15 minutes of manual paperwork (our assumption)

This is a calculation, not a promise: plug in your own volumes and the figure changes.

Before

  • The client is in the CRM, the invoice in accounting, the tasks in a tracker — and memory holds them together.
  • Whether the client has paid and work can start has to be checked.
  • Income is counted apart from projects.
