A paid invoice opens a case with tasks by itself — the whole client journey on buttons
Clients, offers, invoices, cases and tasks lived in different places, and each client’s journey was pieced together by hand. A client’s check status was easy to lose, and the firm’s finances were kept apart from the cases.

How it works
- 1
The enquiry goes into the CRM
A client has five statuses — from incoming enquiry to contract or decline. Client check marks and the history of status changes are kept on the client’s card.
- 2
An offer becomes an invoice
The lawyer prepares an offer with a fee and a validity period. The client agrees, and one button creates the invoice.
- 3
Payment opens the case
As soon as the invoice is paid, a consultation with tasks opens by itself. The case has a number, a type and task progress.
- 4
From consultation to full representation
After the consultation a button creates a new offer for full representation, and the cycle runs through the same steps.
- 5
Finance next to the cases
Income and expenses, budget by category with percent spent, and a dashboard: this month, last month, the year.

A good fit if
- You run a small practice where clients pay for a consultation and then for handling their case.
- The client journey — enquiry, offer, invoice, work — is pieced together from different places.
- Your team needs a tool in its own language rather than a separate industry CRM.

For a small practice, yes: clients, offers, cases, tasks and finance in one system in the firm’s language, without a separate legal CRM.
Can it be in another language?
