AI questionnaire analysis: a ready report on every client in 2 minutes instead of 30
Client questionnaires are read and summarised by hand — about half an hour per person. This solution pulls answers from the form, AI writes a personal report and a group summary, and the result lands on the client’s Notion card with a preview in Telegram.

Estimate for your company
≈28 h
of specialist time a month
Assumption: 60 questionnaires a month × 28 minutes saved each — as at the client
This is a calculation, not a promise: plug in your own volumes and the figure changes.
Before
- Every questionnaire is read and summarised by hand: half an hour per person, and the bigger the group, the longer the wait for the picture.
- Before and after answers sit in different spreadsheets, so comparing them person by person is close to impossible.
- The same client fills in the form from different emails, and their history splits across several records.
What was built
No manual copying
New answers are picked up automatically, contacts are normalised, and each questionnaire finds its client without duplicates.
Personal report
AI compares a client’s first and last answers and writes a report with changes in percent — grounded in concrete numbers, without vague phrasing.
Group summary and recommendations
Before and after group conclusions and recommendations for the team — on a Notion page and as a Telegram preview.
Structure from free text
Dates and other answers written in any form become database fields that other processes use.

Questions
Can this be implemented on its own?
Yes. It needs a form and a client database in Notion; everything else is built around them. The report format adapts to your questions.
Will the AI make things up?
The prompts require grounding in the questionnaire’s answers and numbers, and the report lands on a card where a specialist sees it. AI saves time on analysis; the decision stays with a person.
What if a client used a different email?
Before a record is created, contacts are matched by email, phone and Telegram, so the questionnaire goes to the existing client.
